Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions: all of our tours require full payment or a deposit of 50% at the time of booking. For those paying deposits, the balance may be paid by credit card a week prior to the tour or in cash in euros to your guide at the time you are collected for your tour. Prepayment is required because we commit to the provision of your guide and vehicle when we confirm your tour.

Refund Policy

All April in Paris Tours go rain or shine, so please come prepared!

Any tours, experiences and chauffeur services that are cancelled before one week of departure will be refunded 75% of the total cost, withholding a 6% service fee. Any cancellations between one week and 72 hours prior to departure, will be refunded 50%; withholding a 6% service fee. All tours are non-refundable when cancelled within 72-hours of the tour’s departure time. For all customizable tours, a 25% service charge will be withheld.

Please note that the cost of pre-purchased tickets for tours will not be refunded.
